By using BlingSIM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

BlingSIM provides prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for 185+ countries. Plans are delivered digitally as QR codes.

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have an eSIM-compatible device
• Must provide a valid email and payment method

4. Orders & Payment

• Prices are in USD. Payment is required in full at purchase.
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
• Orders are fulfilled automatically upon successful payment.

5. eSIM Delivery & Activation

• QR codes are delivered instantly via email after payment.
• You are responsible for correct installation on your device.
• Once installed, eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device.
• Data plans begin when the eSIM first connects to a local network.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Uninstalled eSIMs qualify for refund. Installed/used eSIMs generally do not.

7. Fair Usage

Plans are for personal use. Excessive or commercial usage may result in throttling or suspension.

8. Network Coverage

Coverage and speed depend on local carriers. We cannot guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for connectivity issues, data loss, device incompatibility, or carrier outages beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All BlingSIM content is protected by intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
